Mahim Gupta is currently working as Systems Design Engineer for Western Digital focusing on development of 3D NAND SSDs. He graduated from Northwestern University, IL, USA with Masters Degree in Computer Engineering. He completed his undergraduate studies from Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, MP, India.

Curiosity to learn and effective implementation of the learning, this is what Mahim always thrive for. He is passionate, self motivated, doer and an inventor by heart.

Mahim’s affinity towards Embedded Applications is evident through his excellent work in designing and programming micro controller based systems during his Undergraduate and Graduate studies where he was held responsible for various tasks such as Developing Device Drivers, Systems Programming, GUI development, Firmware,  Algorithm Development and Interfacing Peripherals.

In February 2012, Mahim leading a talented team of 150 members were able to break the Guinness Book of World for Largest Human Smiley with an astonishing participation of more than 4000 Students. Mahim has also motivated and mentored more than 200 High School Students to the path of Science by conducting various workshops.

Mahim is a fast paced learner and is confident about serving as an asset with the skill set he brings to the table. He is determined to make his own contribution to the promising field of Embedded Systems.

Listening to Sufi music is what he prefer as a relaxation medium. In his free time when is not working on his embedded projects, he enjoy doing adventure sports specially water sports. He loves travelling and visiting new places.
